Ryan Connelly is an American football linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League.

Ryan Connelly was born on October 3, 1995 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Ryan Connelly played college football at Wisconsin and was drafted by the New York Giants in the 5th round of the 2019 NFL.

In Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Ryan Connelly recorded his first interception off Jameis Winston in the 32-31 win.

In Week 4, Ryan Connelly registered another interception off Case Keenum and in the process, registering his first career sack in the 24-3 win. Unfortunately, Ryan Connelly suffered a torn ACL in the game and was ruled out for the season.
